Housed in the former storehouses of a 15C Dominican monastery, this traditional restaurant looks out onto a small inner courtyard that links it to a wine bar. The menu features regional cuisine with a focus on local produce and the specialities of the Upper Salento. Make you sure you try the aubergine layered with fresh pasta and homemade sauce, the like of which you won't find elsewhere!

      Overlooked by the staff. Not good food. 40 minutes to vait after the meal to pay and leave.
