Pros
Piemonte traditional cuisine revised in a modern way. High quality of the ingredients used, sourced locally and reflecting the seasons. Important wines on the wine list and for the most passionate Roberto (one of the two brothers) has selected delicious wines from small local producers. Very friendly envinroment with Walter (head chef) often coming out from the kitchen and Alice always ready for service.
