Ottimi gli antipasti e i primi, fantastica la variazione di fegato grasso, buono l abbinamento dei vini. Uno dei miglior ristoranti di montagna in Italia.

Pros
Consigliato da amici, una vera sorpresa. Avevamo alte aspettative, e son state ampiamente superate. Ogni piatto è stato una sorpresa ed un evento. Uno su tutti il foigras con nutella e sale grosso. Grandioso il cervo a bassa temperatura e le lumache con il rognone. Vini al bicchiere eccellenti di cui uno strepitoso pinot nero israeliano.
Cons
Nella scelta di farci guidare con i vino al bicchiere, portavano bicchieri già riempiti, senza mostrare la bottiglia. Ho dovuto chiedere più volte e ciò nonostante non sono riuscito a vederle, se non 2. Visto la qualità dei vini, comunque poco male.
