negli ultimi due anni la cucina è cambiata in maniera eccellente, si nota la raffinatezza delle pietanze ed il vasto assortimento di piatti che il menù dispone. Ci sono molti nuovi piatti rispetto agli anni scorsi e più di qualcuno supera i piatti classici cipriani.
