2011.08.14 A bit off the road, meanwhile widened and paved there is this marvel of a mountain farm with it's old tiroler Stubn and the terrace with a splendid view. Unbeatable the various Knödl (dumplings) made with cheese, Speck, bread, beetroot, curd, .... and the typical trad. food of this area. The prices are moderate. Highly recommended.

4.9.10 It's years I am visiting this wonderful place. Splendid views and a warm atmosphere comfort the stay. The original rustic Stubn frames the meal and the time shift I experience. The tris of dumplings (Knödeln) especially the beetroot (Raunen) are without competition in the whole area. The traditional meals, prepared by Luis, are of the best quality, mostly from surrounding suppliers, and in their traditional way at a niveau you sometimes miss at higher rated restos. Served by his wive and sister in a unpretentious way I do the time warp zipping the local wine. The late night leave hits me cold bringing me back to now.
