l'accoglienza è decisamente fredda e sgradevole. Sembra tendano ad allontanare i clienti piuttosto che attirarli, dimenticando che una delle necessarie componenti di un buon pasto e di una bella serata è la cortesia nel ricevere e nel mettere a proprio agio la clientela
