Ambositra : Michelin's recommendations

A large agricultural town in the Betsileo region perched at an altitude of 1 350m, Ambositra is the capital of Malagasy craftwork. The Zafimaniry craftspeople, who live in the neighbouring forests, are masters in the arts of woodcarving and marquetry and the town is full of tempting workshops.
