An island of verdant forest in the heart of a scorching region, Amber Mountain National Park comprises a complex of protected areas created in 1958 and covering an area of 23 000ha. With its numerous lakes and waterfalls, this mountain range is a real melting pot of biological species which can be explored over one or several days.
