Ascend to the top of Victoria Peak via the popular Peak Tram. Take in the incredible panoramas at about 1,475 feet (450 m) above sea level as you commence your walk. Follow the northern and eastern faces of the peak where Lantau Island and the Kowloon Peninsula jut out toward mountains and divide the land that stretches before you. Tread along part of the Hong Kong Trail on your descent toward Aberdeen. Breathe in the salted air from the South China Sea where Cheng Chau and Lamma Islands dot the vast waters. Enjoy the changing scenery and magnificent views with little uphill climbing and easily navigable concrete or dirt roads.
