When to go
Spring and autumn, when the temperatures are mild and the rainfall relatively low are the best seasons to go to China, whatever region you plan to visit.
Time difference
China is GMT+8. So, when it is 12pm in London, it is 7pm in Beijing in summer and 8pm in winter.
Documents
A passport valid for at least 6 months after your return home and a 30-day visa (not valid for Tibet).

Recommended vaccinations: DT-polio, diphtheria, typhoid fever, hepatitis A and B, meningococcus.
Anti-malarial medication is recommended, depending on the regions.
