Time difference

There is an 8-hour time difference between Taiwan and the UK and Ireland in winter and a 7-hour time difference in summer. When it is 12 noon in London, it is 8pm in Taipei in winter and 7pm in summer.

A passport valid for at least six months and a return plane ticket are required for stays of up to one month.

Recommended vaccinations: DT Polio, hepatitis A and B and in some areas Japanese encephalitis.
