A visit to the Ghar Dalam Grotto and its adjoining museum allows you to see an array of artefacts, some dating back to Paleolithic times (fossils of dwarf elephants, hippopotamuses, as well as stags and bears) and others to Neolithic times, with the first evidence of human occupation of the island.
