Pointe-du-Bout : Michelin's recommendations

Closing the bay of Fort-de-France Bay to the south, the seaside resort of Pointe-du-Bout occupies a magnificent site, but its expansion is too long standing not to have banished any remaining trace of authenticity. Night birds however will enjoy the marina, which offers a welcome break from the usual quiet that depicts Martinique evenings. The shops and restaurants of the Creole village, entirely built in a Colonial-style, are strangely reminiscent of Disneyland.
