Heavenly beaches and superb vistas await hikers along the Anses du nord Trail (2-3hr). In former times, the path enabled carts and carriages to travel between Le Prêcheur and Grand’Rivière, but today it is only dotted with ruins. The stunning natural landscape that unfolds before you is all the more appreciable because this coast is relatively deserted: Anse Couleuvre, Anse Lévrier and its traces of sugar plantation and at Anse à Voile. Be very careful if you go swimming.
