Tamarin : Michelin's recommendations

The village of Tamarin, on the West coast where the river of the same name flows into the sea, is coiled around a broad bay not yet invaded by tourists. Known for its saltworks, it also attracts surfers who come to play on its high waves, especially in July and August.
