Trou aux Biches : Michelin's recommendations

The long sandy beach stretching between the lagoon and the filao trees has turned this little fishing village on the north coast into one of the island’s main seaside resorts. It is very popular with the local gentry and has a string of hotels, bungalows and residential buildings tightly packed together. There are lots of water sports available at the hotels lining the beach, and the swimming is very pleasant here.
