Trou d'Eau Douce : Michelin's recommendations
Although the landing stage for Ile aux Cerfs has generated a few souvenir shops and restaurants for tourists, Trou d’Eau Douce remains a charming Creole fishing village full of quiet little streets where you may run into a hen or pig out for a stroll. Touessrok Peninsula, at the southern end of the village, boasts one of the island’s finest hotels, the Touessrok, where you might try having a drink and enjoying the exceptional setting.
