Take in sweeping views of the salt pans of Tamarin and the undulating landscape of Chamarel as you head to the south-western corner of Mauritius. Your first stop is Case Noyale where you'll visit a coffee factory to taste the distinct Mauritian coffee that is roasted and packed on the spot.
Next stop is the newly-opened Rhumerie before lunch at the spectacular private estate of Domaine St. Denis. Visit Black River Gorges to see the island's flora and fauna and Trou aux Cerfs, a volcanic crater with panoramic views over the whole island. After a stop at the Glass Gallery you'll take afternoon tea on the veranda of Eureka, one of the oldest colonial mansions remaining on the island.
