More than just a post office, this is a palace, built at the beginning of the 20C by the Italian Adamo Boari, who also designed the Museo de Bellas Artes. There is an incredible feeling of space in the building with its majestic staircase rising up toward the central glass roof. The gleaming marble makes you want to glide around, and sometimes there are musicians in the lobby. Definitely more than just a post office!
