Experience Marrakech at night after the sun sets over the Koutoubia Mosque. See the locals change into their evening attire, and take in the sights, smells, and sounds of the city by horse and carriage.
Board your carriage and start exploring the city. Check out the 12th-century ramparts protecting the old town, and pass by the grand babs (gates), beautifully illuminated in the night sky.
Trot by the glowing fountains at the luxurious La Mamounia Hotel, and into the Hivernage area. See the Koutoubia Mosque and its rose bush gardens elegantly lit in the evening light.
Pass La Kasbah and Agnaou Door on your way to Djemaa El Fnaa Square—the biggest barbecue in the world. Step out and join the throngs of people. Feel the heartbeat of the city and watch the people of Marrakech go about their evening routines.
Watch the musicians, storytellers, soothsayers, snake charmers, and performing monkeys in the square, and be sure to try one of the many barbecues. Choose to be dropped off back at your hotel, or at a restaurant or nightspot of your choosing.
