Crossed by the Zagmouzen River separating the kasbah from the newer constructions, Taliouine is located in a magnificent desert setting of mountain folds where the ochre of the earth blends in with the buildings, and the silhouette of the former Glaoui residence stands proudly against the bright blue sky.
