Ouzoud Falls are extremely popular, so it’s best to avoid going on a weekend. The site is indeed superb and one never tires of the sight of the Ouzoud River’s waters thundering down from a height of over 100m. There are steps leading down to the bottom of the ravine where you can take a ferry across the river. The path back up to the village goes through dense vegetation and a huge olive grove. An awesome discovery in the heart of the Atlas Mountains.
