Prinsenhof (Cour du Prince)
: Michelin's recommendations
Initially a women's convent, these late Gothic buildings (C15-16C) became the residence of William the Silent in 1572, and he was assassinated there in 1584. In the 17C, the palace was converted into a cloth market. At the present time, it houses a museum containing a large number of memorabilia from the 80 Years' War (1568-1648) and the House of Orange-Nassau. The museum also exhibits still life paintings, group portraits of civic guards and some beautiful tapestries.

Pros
De hele binnenstad van Delft is geweldig.
Cons
De kaart op uw website helpt niet echt veel. Bijna alle straten heten de Vlouw en de aangegeven posities van de monumenten zijn ook onjuist.Met vriendelijke groet, WP
