This is another street which, like Wijnhaven, evokes the wine trade. Irregularly paved, the street is lined with picturesque, skew-whiff houses. Some of these Renaissance buildings have stepped gables (nos. 73-75, with an emblem representing a hen; no. 85), while others were built in the Louis-Quatorze style (no. 87).
