This is the main street of the city. Don't miss the beautiful facades (gables and stone facades). In particular, the one at no. 158 (to the north), dating back to 1617, is graced with a gable that bears the city crest: a girl carrying a coat of arms featuring three herring (a fish that once flourished in the harbour at Enkhuisen).
