This restaurant has to be seen to be believed - when you dine at Merwezicht, you feel as though you are hovering over the water alongside the river traffic (the glass-fronted sun lounge gives the same impression in winter). The menu features dishes such as poached lobster with fennel and vanilla, and tuna with chorizo and tamarind sauce. Attractively priced and beautifully presented.
