This museum contains collections dealing with the town's history as well as paintings, sculptures, scale models, toys and pieces of silverware. The municipal collection "the arts after 1945" holds mainly the creations of modern artists and contemporaries of Gorkum (notably Ad Dekkers) presented in a setting of temporary exhibits.
