The tall where Mata Hari lived has become a museum and a Friesian literature documentation centre (Frysk letterkundich Museum en Dokumintaasjesintrum). At no.43, you will see an attractive stone façade featuring a lion and a strong castle then at no.17, near the corner with Doelestraat, a pretty Baroque doorway decorated with garlands in the Friesian style.
