Cuisine d'inspiration française, très beaux produits, cuisson parfaite des légumes, exaltation des saveurs.
Cons
Vins et annexes (eaux, cafés) beaucoup trop chers en comparaison du prix - raisonnables - des menus

Pros
van ontvangst, locatie tot eten, gewoon perfect. Combinatie met wijn-arrangement is zeer goed. Gerechten blijven je bij en dat maakt het uitzonderlijk goed. Wij eten met regelmaat bij kwaliteitsrestaurants, maar au coin hebben wij als uitzonderlijk ervaren. Waneer 2 sterren?
Cons
puntje van aandacht is de kleding van het bedienend personeel. Schoenen poetsen en pak iets minder groot.
