This town hall from 16 and 17C was partially destroyed by bombing but was restored in 1953. It is flanked by an onion-domed turret. The exterior is decorated with statues sculpted by Albert Termote depicting the Emperors who played an important role in the history of Nijmegen. The interior has attractive rooms decorated in the old style. Other rooms, such as the Trêveszaal, are decorated with tapestries.
