Cons
Slechte ontvangst door gastvrouw, je hebt totaal niet het gevoel serieus genomen te worden als gast. Alles gaat precies volgens het boekje en een wijziging wordt niet van harte aanvaard en moeizaam overlegd met de gast, terwijl de wens van de gast toch voorop hoort te staan.

Smaaksensaties alom, bediening niets op aan te merken, zeker niet te stijf; uitstekend wijnarrangement. Aanwezigheid en spontaniteit van de chef maken het áf!
