On one of the most beautiful places in the Netherlands between Amsterdam and Utrecht lies the Loosdrechtse plassen. The area has developed itself into the water sports centre of the Netherlands and is well known abroad. It is an old village with many recreational facilities. For the nature lovers Loosdrecht has beautiful hike and bike tours which will take you past all the lakes and nature we have to offer and we will of course not forget to take you to our heritage like the Castle of Sypesteyn.
