The Westersingel is home to various art galleries. To the south of Eendrachtsplein square, in the greenery alongside the canal, is a headless statue: The Walking Man by Rodin. Cross the bridge opposite number 22. On Mauritsweg the Café De Unie, created by J.J.P. Oud (1925) has been renovated: its lines and colours are reminiscent of the De Stijl movement. Also visible, to the left of the Westersingel (towards Stationplein), are the offices of the Bouwcentrum.
