Schoonhoven : Michelin's recommendations

This small charming town is located at the confluence of the Vlist and the Lek. It is well-known for its tradition of gold- and silversmith's work which is kept up by some local craftsmen. A ferry (veer) links the town to the south bank of the Lek. A picturesque canal crosses the town.
