Occupying an old inn, Nobel is one of the better restaurants on the island. The hip decor in the creative restaurant, which blends in with the style of the rooms, provides an interesting contrast with the more typical look in the café. Excellent wines. Own wine and liquor shop next door: the Nobeltje liquor is a must!

un grand moment de gastronomie vous attend je pense que l étoile du guide ne devrait pas tarder un endroit plein de charme le chef français philippe Straub nous a fait découvrir une cuisine pleine de saveur avec une grande précision d' exécution faite le détour
