This building has a centre dedicated to the Wadden and the North Sea as well as a small museum of natural history (Natuurhistorisch Museum) devoted to Texel. There you will find information on the geographic evolution of the island, its people, the flora and fauna in its nature reserves, its underwater depths. The water room (Waterzaal) has many aquariums. Outside, you can watch the seals. The dune park (Duinpark) has walking routes.
