"Paua Cottage is located on the beachfront with spectacular views of the water and is just across the hill from the beautiful village of Russell in the Bay of Islands. The cottage it is ideal for families and friends, would also suit couples wanting to relax and unwind. There are three bedrooms, 1 x king size bed, 2 x queens, 2 shower room bathrooms (no bath), 1 upstairs and 1 downstairs. The kitchen has a fridge freezer, dish drawer dishwasher microwave, large pantry, plenty of kitchen utensils etc; the open plan spacious lounge and dining room lead out onto front and back decks both with views of the water - there is a gas BBQ for guest use. The house is fully equipped with all the normal requirements of a holiday home.There is a washing machine and dryer available for guest use - plus an external clothes line on the large lawn area where steps will lead you down onto the beach below.Please note: For your comfort, Paua Cottage is a non-smoking property.
