Quinua : Michelin's recommendations

A characteristic Andean village tucked away in a landscape of meadows and eucalyptus groves, Quinua is famous throughout Peru for its ruddy-coloured ceramic crafts, featuring a great variety of shapes and patterns. Countless, long-standing pottery workshops sell their wares at prices much lower than those of the shops of Ayacucho and Lima. Admire the houses of Quinua, all of which are topped with red tiled roofs, adorned with tiny ceramic statues put up as offerings.
