Begin with a guided tour of Évora, the province's capital. View the incredible relics of one of Portugal's best-preserved Roman temples; capture images of the cathedral's Romanesque and gothic turrets; and venture into the Chapel of Bones–whose gruesome walls and pillars are covered with skulls and bones. You will also sample regional delicacies–including salted snake–and award-winning wines before heading to Esporão for a lunch break. After lunch, head to a traditional Esporão vineyard to taste two of the region's best red and white wines, accompanied by cheese and samples of fresh olive oil.
