This church, built over an old mosque, has preserved its Gothic facade. It contains the tomb of the Seven Knights of the order of Santiago whose assassination by the Moors unleashed the reconquest of the town. You will see the ribbed vault of the chapel on the left of the entrance and the azulejos from the 18C. The church is opposite the largo da Graça, a pretty sloping square which is full of flowers and very shady.
