  The room is a pleasant one. My eldest son had liked the Dover sole with shrimp rice

  Beeing Portuguese and in a kind of classified Michelin Restaurant, we had choose grilled sardines which had to be of excelent quality in this time of the year. We had found that even the service was poorly manned, i.e, waiters just put food in the table doing nothing else. Once we were served, noone appears to ask if fish was as expected. We had traced more clients, (Portuguese and turists) claiming for delays in service. About sardines, those were of poor quality. My opinion is that this kind of service can not be in a TOP OF THE TOP Guide. As Portuguese I feel somehow sad that we found once again that a restaurant that had been classsified has OF EXCELENT QUALITY, just rests with the fame, not improving its service. I had paid 100€ for a couple with two childs which had split the Dover Sole which is of extremely high cotation . Wine cave with good variety but with very high prices.
