Pros
No frills atmosphere, rustic setting with pleasant staff. Menu was quite varied covering a range of regional and non-regional dishes. Note: Attended this venue with a group of friends where one person is a vegetarian, they went beyond everyone expectations to provide a set of recommendations based on her likes and dislikes.
Cons
Not so much a dislike but more of a heads up: If attending as a group on a weekend make sure you book in advance.

Pros
Die Weinpreise waren, wie überall in Portugal, sehr moderat. Das bestellte Kalbskotelett war von guter Qualität.
Cons
Die bestellte Zwiebelsuppe war grau und von eigenartiger Konsistenz. Der gegrillte Fisch war staubtrocken, Gemüse und Kartoffeln ohne jegliche Soße. Alles machte einen lieblosen Eindruck. Im Speiseraum war es eiskalt, sodaß ich die ganze Zeit einen Mantel anhatte. Der bestellte Capuccino klappte erst nach dem 3. Anlauf: der 1. mit Sahne, der 2. mit Zucker drin - gehr garnicht. Wir gehen im Ausland nur nach dem Guide Michelin essen. Wie dieses Lokal an einen BIP kommt ist für mich fraglich. So ein Restaurant gehört nicht in den Guide Michelin. Das gibt es an der Küste tausendmal bessere, wie z. B. das Furnas do Guincho in Cascais. Tolles Essen, super Service und sensationelles Ambiente.
