Entre-Deux : Michelin's recommendations

The flower-decked village of Entre-Deux, settled in the 18C, has retained much of its old-fashioned charm. A stroll through its streets takes you past a host of beautiful Creole houses. Coffee was long grown here, until a fungus destroyed nearly all the plants. Other crops were then planted, principally sugarcane, now one of the region’s main resources along with vegetable farms and tourism.
