This horseshoe-shaped covered gallery (1891) is a fine example of the buildings that so distinguished Bucharest at the end of the 19C and the beginning of the 20C, earning it the nickname “Little Paris”. It has remarkable stained-glass roofing incorporating wrought-iron frames, covering two passages composed of bars and cafés. It opens onto Calea Victoriei.
