Sârbi : Michelin's recommendations

Charming and unspoilt, Sârbi is an essential stop when visiting the valleys of the Mare and the Cosau. The carts stacked with hay, and houses with carved doorways are typical of the Marmures ? a region with strong pastoral traditions. As is common in these parts, there are two wooden churches, including the exceptional upper church (17C) that overlooks the village.
