Hewn by the River Galbenu, this cave was formed 4 million years ago. It has several accessible chambers (chamber of marvels, chamber of the bald mice, chamber of the bear) in which may be admired karst formations of unusual colours and impressive stalactites and stalagmites. The women of the district used to seek refuge here in times of war, hence its name.
