The “fallen heroes” - statues of representatives of the Soviet government knocked off their pedestals in various places - ended up here in the Arts Park, created a year after the dissolution of the USSR (1991). So don’t be surprised to see several Lenins, Brezhnevs and Stalins. Since then other less controversial figures have joined them, such as Lomonosov and Pushkin. Note the touching monument to Gulag Victims.
