Moesgård Museum Recommended Recommended : Michelin's recommendations

The museum, covering Danish prehistory, from the Stone Age to Viking times, has moved to a new home that gives the impression of being half buried beneath a planted sloping roof - a building designed by architect Henning Larsen. You can see the Graubelle Man, who was found in a peat bog near the village of Graubelle, and presumed to have been a human sacrifice to a pagan god. A prehistoric path outside leads to reconstructions of homes from different periods.
