Charming former Forestry Officer's house dating back to 1881 and built on the site of an old plantation. Small but romantic dining room is set with Royal Copenhagen porcelain; lovely terrace offers partial sea views. The talented team offer a monthly Nordic menu, which is informed by quality seasonal produce.

      Pros

      Light and refined seasonally inspired menu with lots of flavours. Food matched with a very fine line of European wines. Everything served by a friendly and knowledgeable staff. Very pleasant small cottage in the woods, almost like visiting a private home. Reasonable prices for a first class dining experience. Highly recommended.
