Å i Lofoten : Michelin's recommendations

This fishing village located at the tip of Moskenesøya is one of the most picturesque on the Lofoten Islands, as its typical setting is well preserved. Beneath the flocks of seagulls attracted by the cod drying on the racks, rorbuer – traditional huts painted red and built on stilts – encircle the tiny port, adding a touch of colour to the gloomy landscape that is dominated by the dark blue mountains peaks.
